Order Processing
We aim to process all orders within 1-4 business days.
Please be aware that certain factors could influence processing times, such as incomplete payment, insufficient address information, or high demand during certain seasons. In these instances, we will reach out to customers via email before proceeding with the order to ensure a successful delivery.
Shipping Time
Once your order is shipped, depending on your country or region, the estimated delivery time is between 7 to 21 business days. Specific delivery dates are not provided nor guaranteed. As soon as your order reaches your country, your local post office is responsible for sending your package to your home address.
We offer the following delivery estimates, by country, for your reference:
- United States: 7-14 business days
- International shipments:
- UK: 7-14 business days
- Canada: 7-15+ business days
- Australia: 5-14 business days
- Israel: 7-15+ business days
- South America: 7-21+ days (varies widely by importing country)
Please note that all shipping time frames are from the date of dispatch, not the date that your order is made.
Please be mindful that some orders may take 3-4 weeks for delivery due to international import barriers and customs protocols. You will be provided with the tracking number within 4-5 days after your order has shipped.
All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays and any other delays caused by circumstances that are outside of our control.
*Note: The days listed above are only estimates in business/working days. While we will do all that we can to make sure your order is delivered on time, Tory West cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as required postal or customs clearance procedures, holidays, severe weather, labor disputes, protests, etc. and these interruptions can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Shipping Process
We start working on your order immediately. This process consists of sending the items of your order to our warehouse and preparing them for the international shipping process. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
We only ship during business days which does not include weekends or holidays.
We usually fulfill our orders in 2-5 business days on average. However, please be mindful that we experience elongated processing times around major holidays (up to 10 days), or if your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues. Orders are shipped out for delivery as soon as the stock availability is confirmed.
For orders with multiple items, products may be shipped separately and received on different dates due to the difference in manufacturing partners’ locations.
International Sizing Adjustments
For international orders, we adjust clothing sizes to ensure they correspond with local sizing conventions in the US and Europe. If you receive an item with a size tag different from your usual size, please be assured this adjustment is intentional and aimed at providing a true fit. Refer to our sizing guide for more details. Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees:
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and/or customs clearance fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Tory West has no control over these charges, nor can Tory West predict what they may be. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs incurred.
Customs policies vary widely by country. If you have questions we recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order after payment, please contact us, and we will endeavor to assist you. However, we cannot guarantee cancellation due to orders being swiftly forwarded to the warehouse. If processing or shipping has already taken place, we are regrettably unable to cancel the order, requiring you to initiate a product return.
Delivery Failure/ Incorrect Address
Your parcel will be delivered to the shipping address you specify at the time of purchase. Tory West is not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect or inaccurate addresses. If your order has already been processed, we regret that we cannot make any changes to the address or redirect the parcel. Should this occur, Tory West will be unable to send you another parcel or issue a refund. It will be your responsibility to contact the recipient or the party you provided the incorrect address to.
If delivery fails because you were unavailable to receive the package, you will need to contact your local post office to pick up your parcel or to make alternative arrangements.
In the event that a parcel is returned to Tory West for various reasons including non-payment of fees, duties, or taxes, incorrect address, or unclaimed at the post office, you will need to email support@torywest.com to arrange redelivery and may be responsible for all postage costs.
Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages
Tory West is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it and/or file a claim with your respective shipping carrier.
Note: We utilize the timestamp information from the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing damage or return requests and we may not be able to honor your claim if it is not reported.
